Excellent food from Michelin star chef, helpful and friendly staff, fun harbor location, clean and safe. Great location, accommodating staff, found room before check-in. Lovely modern hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Amazing spa, buffet breakfast, and rooftop bar. The new contender to beat in Reykjavik.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to downtown Reykjavik and the harbor, making it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the waterfront. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing a pleasant and helpful experience. The room is comfortable with a well-designed bathroom suite, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room service breakfast is excellent and the food at the hotel's restaurant is incredible, with the chef's Michelin-star background adding a touch of culinary excellence.
There were some issues with communication, which caused frustration and confusion during the stay.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fully satisfied my needs. the service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre was an outstanding feature that offered a relaxing massage with full body treatment. the in-room breakfast was excellent, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding and enjoying the atmosphere. the outdoor dining area provided a great view of the city and the private facilities were a bonus. the location advantage was incredible; I was able to explore the city with ease.
Although the hotel offered fantastic service, I experienced a minor issue with communication. the front desk staff was slightly unresponsive, and I had some trouble getting information about the hotel's night club.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The bed in our room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom suite was well designed and provided all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the excellent room service breakfast, delicious and prompt. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown, as it was within walking distance to many attractions. the hotel offered convenient transportation options and was not far from the airport, making our travel experience easy and stress-free.
